Xerox uses Information you provide to e-childsPaySM in order to assist you in transmitting your child support payments electronically to participating state child support enforcement agencies.

If after registering on e-childsPaySM, you decide you do not want Xerox to use Information you provided on e-childsPaySM or you wish to terminate your use of e-childsPaySM you should contact or 1-888-392-3391. Upon receipt of this notice, Xerox will then cease using Information you provided on e-childsPaySM. Xerox will continue to protect and secure your Information in its possession in keeping with this Statement.

Additionally, when you visit e-childsPaySM, we may automatically collect certain information relating to you, such as your Internet address, Internet service provider, type of operating system, the time and date you accessed e-childsPaySM, and the Internet address from which you arrived at e-childsPaySM.
